Accepted keyword weight %'s for head tags and body tags?

Would be good if someone could either point me to a page or tell me the accepted keyword weight %'s on any given page.

I've been using Web CEO not for submissions but to try and get my pages search engine ready. But I'm going nuts trying to figure out what an accepted % weight is for each of tag & body part. After researching the topic for the last week, I'm more confused now than when I started. The thought of taking in any more info is akin to poking needles in my eyes.

For example, if my keyword phrase is "red widgets in redville " and I've got:

Rather than worry about keyword density i would concentrate on writing unqiue clean content, adding your chosen keywords in along the way but not to the point where it looks spammy. However there isnt really an accepted density, most people go for between 2% and 7%. Getting quality backlinks will reward you quicker and better than worrying what your keyword density should be.

While kind of on the subject, well SEO anyway. Google & their sandbox does this only come in to question if it's newly registered domain, or from the time google crawls it?

There's a lot of different oppinions on that subject, it's not so much to do with the site but rather the backlinks you get on a new domain. Google applies a dampening effect or so everyone thinks on new backlinks this can range anywhere from 3 months to 12 months before your start ranking for decent search terms, somepeople have reported that they havent had the sandbox effect on there new site, allthough i think there just a few lucky ones.

Google actually kicks ass and is without doubt the holy grail of search engines. The sandbox does have it's good points, such as it stops spammers and black hat seo's from spamming the first few pages of their index.

The sandbox is CERTAINLY not stopping spammers....and in fact many in the sandbox do not deserve to be there.

There are many searches where the first few pages of results are full of spammers.

Well i currently have a none gambling none affiliate website thats been stuck in there sandbox for 6 months, it occasionally gets a few hits everynow and then from google for 3 word or 4 word search terms, the site rocks on msn & yahoo.

spam gets worse at football season. The euro's come out of nowhere with the spam. Or russians, examples of these types of domains have a .cz suffix, or .it etc etc
