Default Kentucky Supreme Court tells online gambling owners to appear

The Kentucky Supreme Court has ruled that the owners of online gambling sites need to appear in court in the seemingly never-ending domain name seizure case.

    From Business Week:

Justices ruled Thursday that trade groups like the Interactive Gaming Council, which hired lawyers to fight the state's action, don't have standing to represent the owners of gambling websites. The justices also found questions about whether the few businesses named as owners of some of the sites really own the domain names.

Kentucky just can't let it go. Do they really think they have control of the Internet?

It appears that they're really trying to, irregardless of the width of the internet. Hmmmm... I wonder if they care if these gambling sites owners send them brutes to represent themselves.

    I couldn't quite imagine

But they really have to show themselves, even with just proxies or representatives. If ever Kentucky is to legalize online gambling, how could they give licenses if these operators are still hiding in the shadows?

    anybody know the domains listed?
Almost Here! How would you like to be able to get not just one sign up from your player, or even a couple, but every single casino they join from here on? I've a plan that can make that happen and it will likely also tell you every time the player is active within the casino.
