Received other affiliates commission

Yo mates,

today I received the commission from another affiliate into my Moneybookers account. The problem is that I guess HE did receive MY commission which is around 20 times as high...

In order to avoid that this guy withdrawals all this money I wrote an E-Mail to the affiliate program but they didn't respond. I wanted to call them but there was no telephone number on their homepage so I decided to call the casinos "player hotline". And these guys told me that all the affiliate managers would only communicate through E-Mail and not have any phones in their offices...

Maybe some admin could write me a PM for more details, I don't want to discredit any operator in here - but since it's a five-figure amount, I think that caring can't be wrong.

Bottemline here is that you did not get paid in full... Just contact the aff-manager and tell him that youre missing revenue, and that they send you the amount they owe you.

Its not your problem if they by mistake send the cash to another affiliate. Is a problem between athe affiliate program/manager and the person who wrongly got a higher amount payed.

Still didn't receive my payment. Boah... no telephone number, program doesn't answer my E-mails and nothing. Hope they'll contact me at least next week, this stops to be funny at all now.

If the program is a sponsor here, you can try sending a PM, or post in their forum.

Unfortunately they're not. I met up with them in Budapest AFC and normally trust them, but since the "boss" got holidays I feel pretty unconfident with their casual employees that seem to be completely overwhelmed. First sending my money to the wrong guy, then not keeping the promise to pay me afterwards.

Sometimes I really feel like I'm in the wrong business lol

By the way: Rola from Income Access instantly pm'd me to ensure I'm not speaking 'bout them. THAT'S what I call a good affiliate treadment.
