Need programs for Danish, French, Belgium & Austrian markets

I need recommendations on affiliate programs that offer casinos and sports books in these languages. I know a few but would like to see more choices. Thanks much!

Bet365 - generally very good for DK, AU.
Tipico - great for AT, maybe even better than bet365 (not tested), I am not using in DK and BE, but in BE should have some use
Unibet - they are quite underrated bookie/program. good for AU, DK, BE
Pinnacle - depending on your traffic, you might consider promoting them in AT, BE

France is generally total ****. The best you can get is probably CPA at Unibet.fr or revenue share at bwin.fr. I will test now Betclic.fr, but I know they will scam me.

Bwin can be used for all of the countries, will have results, but they have very bad rules unfavorable for affiliate.

The affiliate programs are ****. The bookies are **** (e.g. bwin.fr has much lower odds compared to bwin.com because of taxes). The market is dead. Because of the praised regulation.

Before the regulation the market was ok, not like UK, but it is a wealthy country, so it was nice. There are also restrictions for payouts, because France is as almost every EU country broken, so they try to sqeeze as much as possible. It is really a sad market.

What about the Danish market, any experience with that?

Bet365 is a killer for me. I think it is the best regulated market. There are also brands focusing Scandinavia. But it is a tiny country, so sadly not that important.
