Promoting "Roulette Strategy" and losing lots of money

Hello, I'm a newbie. My apologies if a similar entry somewhere already has been posted.
This is my first time working with affiliate program.

I created a website that offers (promotes) to play roulette with a strategy called "black and red". The page content is optimized and effective.
In first week I had 15 first deposits and 23 overall deposits (casino.com players). For a beginner it is probably normal.
But the problem is that I'm losing lots of money. I work with "Revenue Share".
Today I checked my account balance and saw -3000$ for this month.

Any advices how could I improve my overall revenue share?

Hi pelninaudu, firstly welcome to the forum. Secondly congratulations on getting so many deposits in your first week. Some people wait months even years to get that many. So it certainly isn't the norm. It may well be down to one player who has hit it big. Are the deposit amounts small or large this can also equate to a minus three grand total as if someone might be wagering at $100 a time or more.

Still there is always next month, not sure if casino.com has negative carryover. If not it will reset to zero and hopefully you will get a positive balance.

Btw what is your site called?

Thankfuly there is no such thing as a winning roulette strategy, there never has and never will be. Your players just happen to be winning and will eventually loose, just give it time. Well done on getting so many players so quickly though

Agree with general comments about what a good start you've made...

In terms of getting to the bottom of this you can find out more using a combination of your affiliate reporting and contact with an AM at iAffiliates who run the Casino.com programme.

Not sure about the reporting system, i know it used to be in-house system but that was years ago, they may have since switched.

Can you drill down to a player level? See if you can find out if it is one player skewing the results for you by hitting a lucky streak. If its not clear from the reporting then you can ask for some stats from iAffiliates and hopefully they will be able to assist.

In general terms, the best way to off-set the liability of negative revenue in rev share agreements is to get more, more, more players depositing and playing. The bigger base of active players you have the more smoothly you'll be able to ride the effects of the occasional big winner. Appreciate that getting depositing players isn't that easy otherwise we'd al be doing it and we wouldn't need affiliates to promote us!

That said; it sounds as if you've made a very effective start so try and breakdown what it is that you are doing (is it effective SEO?, Is it great content? is it intuitive navigation? etc etc) which is driving this good start and then do more of THAT.

i am sure, you are promoting the Martingale roulette system on your website (Double bets after a loss). This is the worst system ever for the players ... but ... e.g. ... with a probability of 99.52% he will hit at a single Zero wheel within 8 spins.

0.48% risk means, that it's possible that the player miss for over 20 bets in a row.
But a very lucky player, if Zero only hits his small bets or sleeps for a while, a very lucky player can win 10% of his bankroll every day more than 30 days in a row.

Some players increase the bets with their winnings. In this way, if his progression don't crash, a very lucky player who starts with $500 can win $10.000 or more.

Other progressions

Some players let their winnings ride. If you place 3 numbers with a $10 bet and hit, ... over $300 ... hit again .....................

As long as the player don't make a cashout you are on the safe side, because (not only) the house edge will take the money back from the player. The Zero ist the biggest weapon, not because of the 1.35% / 2.7% house edge ....

Because two or three unlucky Zero spins will crash any progression, and the player will lose winnings and his own money within a few minutes.

If the player is taking the money and leave the online casino, then ... this is the bad news ... you got the short end of the stick.

Gambling is a game of swings between some borders. If you know the math of gambling, then surprises are no longer surprises. I am sure, many casino affiliate representatives and webmaster don't know the math of the games they are promoting and the laws of coincidence. My opinion is, that if you want to sell or offer a product you have to know anything about it in every detail. If you give other people, webmasters, jobs (affiliate company) then you have to be a model.

It's more work to learn about the own product and easier to take the databases of the affiliates and go with it to the next company, writing them all an email that they should promote know casino x instead of casino y (they worked before).

Never forget: As long as you don't see any cashouts from big winners, as long you are on the safe side. The most important key element, most gamblers don't have, is patience. Hi All, As leading dutch roulette portal we feel it is best if we just decribe the different roulette strategie's and let the reader decide if it is for them.
Offcourse we tried some ourselves and we describe honestly our results as well. (sadly, we haven't found a strategy yet that has sustainable good results ).
