Just received the following that may be useful:

We are still waiting for some affiliates to provide their VAT number (if applicable) and submit the self-billing agreement. Please see the instructions below on how to complete this process to receive your September commission.

If you have already provided your VAT number and signed the self-billing agreement, please review the last paragraph regarding the Auto-Request on Threshold option.

Slotpartners will now be operated by a new EU-based legal entity, Dicore Ltd (VAT number CY10388097K). This transition will impact invoices issued on October 2nd for September commissions. This change in the operator company will not affect the standard operations of the affiliate program.

Please review and act on the option that applies to you.

1. EU-Based Companies/Individuals:

Transactions will now be subject to VAT regulations. We will continue to issue invoices on your behalf, but please ensure you consult your VAT legislation and report accordingly.

To continue receiving payments, please:
- Ensure your VAT registration is verifiable in the VIES system: VIES VAT Validation.
- Sign and return the self-billing agreement (download here).
- Enter your VAT number (including country code) in your affiliate account.

2. Non-EU Based Companies/Individuals:

Transactions will probably not be subject to EU-VAT regulations. We will continue to issue invoices on your behalf.

To continue receiving payments, please:
- Sign and return the self-billing agreement (download here).
- Enter "N/A" in the VAT box in your account.

3. Cyprus-Based Companies/Individuals:

Payments cannot be processed through the self-billing system. You will need to submit an invoice monthly for commission payments. Please discuss further details with your affiliate manager if you are based in Cyprus.
Auto-Request on Threshold

To comply with the new VAT requirements, all affiliates have been temporarily set to 'manual payment' mode. You can now update this setting to 'Auto request on threshold.
