I've revently got into a conversation with a webmaster that owns a website which although it's serving statistics for people interested in gambling, he does not advertise any casinos. Instead, the guy is using Google Ads on the website. With that amount of organic traffic that the website is pulling, and considering that the average time spent on the website is well over 10 minutes, what would be a fair asking price? Mind you that he is also interested in a partnership.

I don't think there's enough info here to get anywhere close to making a guesstimate. You (or he/she) would need to look into detail - what it ranks for and why, where the visitors come from, the impressions figures, what the domain is, its history, its links, its general structure, what it would take to improve and grow it and/or overcome anything negative that might happen to it in search, the competition or potential competition, search/SERPs trends, what it earns from adsense (although this is probably least important and is likely irrelevant if the intent is to turn it into an affiliate operation). There's probably more.

The fact he doesn't advertise any casinos makes me want to throw up, I'm disgusted. Let him sell it based on adsense value(also, too vague to give an estimate, how much of the traffic land based focused etc, hard to estimate the convertibility of the traffic).
