Default High converting Legal US Horse Racing?

Which legal USA horse betting affiliate program converts the best? Wanted to give it a try with my mostly USA traffic.

Here are the results so far:
    1. TVG .com via FlexOffers .com - $80 CPA. Terrible performance. Lots of clicks, have no idea if anyone actually signed up. No new depositors for a CPA in months.

    2. TwinSpires .com via partners.twinspires .com - $60 CPA. One non-depositing registration. Lots of clicks like TVG, no action.

Anyone have luck with BetAmerica or some other program? Are there other platforms besides FlexOffers for TVG? FlexOffers is really a catch-all affiliate solution for retail brands.

The CPAs are anemic to say the least. Wanted to see if US customers would actually prefer a legal vs illegal offshore brand.

I'm fairly active in that space, we find both Twinspires and TVG (through linkconnector) to convert "ok", but they are market leaders and a lot of people have accounts already.

Highly recommend trying AmWager - a smaller company that we have enjoyed working with, pays revenue share, honestly one of the best programs I work with in terms of transparency and communication.

Yes, the two you wrote are the best.
    Also I can recommend BetAmerica.

BetAmerica was acquired by Churchill Downs (Twinspires) a few years ago and is being phased out - don't invest any time into that brand at all.
