What do you wish you had more time for?

I like to turn end tables into dog beds. I seem to have a real knack for it. So far, I've done 5 and sold each one for a nice little profit. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to touch one in months. In fact, the last one I did took two months to complete. Aside from family time, what are some things you wish you had more free time for?

Wish I had more time for reading. And/or education.

This always gives as I tend to focus on stuff with more tangible rewards. Not good.

But generally, affiliation lets me have all the time in the world. I could go to India for three months to find myself Eat Pray Love style and my life wouldn't collapse. And some people can't even drink on a Sunday because they got adult stuff to do on Monday. So I'm fine.

I'd like to have more "me time". Sometimes I feel like i'm always doing something be it errands, cleaning, work, seeing friends - there is never something that doesn't need done. I'd love more time to induldge in watching trashy tv and flicking through instagram without a care in the world.

I'd love if Malta adopted a 6 hour working day like Sweden are planning on doing, i'd maybe be on top of my 'to-do list' eventually!

Seriously though - Time for the whole season ski-ing would be great. I did two seasons when i was younger, and i would like another go while i've got the legs - Hope i can hold the desire until my daughter goes to uni in another 4.5 years!!

I have chosen this kind of life, so I guess that is what I want. Sometimes I am surprised with my choice of time allocation, but that is it. I am happy that I am old enough not to wish for some things I do not have. It is pointless. Better to follow the flow of life.

I'd like to have more "me time" Im so with you Elaine and Renee too.. Hectic work schedule as well as family life and commitments leaves very little time just to sit and breath at times .. I would like to just wake up and spend the day on the couch chilling and watching a few good movies but these days i get home late .. Kids to bed and before you knwo it im snoring myself to sleep on the couch .. we need to try for ourselves but its hard these days

I'm sure it does. The grass is not always greener on the other side.
I don't think it's that I'd like more time to sit around doing nothing tbh, but I think I'd like more time to sit around doing nothing knowing that if I really wanted to I had other options but that I'm choosing to sit around doing nothing. That probably doesn't make any sense at all.

It is the difference between being alone and being lonely. I'd like more time to sit around doing nothing alone, rather than sit around doing nothing and be lonely.
