Help me clean this list.

The above thread is a listing of sorts to help affiliates find operators or affiliate programs that have closed (some temporary) over the last year, some due to covid restrictions or cutbacks. If anyone sees any listings that have reopened and are no longer closed, let me know and I will make the appropriate adjustments in the list or the original threads the list links to.

If anyone sees any that are not on that list, we can add them.

I thank everyone who have taken the time to create threads and posting about affiliate program and operator closures, as this is very helpful to other members and affiliates.
