Default I have a quality website not related to casino - should i monetize it anyway?

So i have a hi-tech blog, related to gadgets, science, sci-fi and gaming. It has nice SEO stats and around 1.000.000 pageviews per month.

Currently i generate revenue through Google Adsense. But as i know the money in gambling industry is quite large, i was wondering if i should monetize my website with gambling related products. I also oftenly receive some email offers from gambling websites - they usually want to purchase guest posts.

What would you recommend? Should i publicly offer to sell guest posts? Or should i just place the banners? Or maybe some other methods?
Or should i just stick with Google Adsense?

    Thanks

No guest Posts in my opinion
i should try to add Some own Posts related to gambling. Write something that suits the website and direct your visitors to an online casino. See what happens. Do not overkill as your visitors are not used to gambling related stuff. Try one by one. Write about the tech of a casino and give the visitor Some free play money to try a casino them selves.

I wouldn't have any crossover between tech and gambling - the target audience is wrong, conversions would be low and you'd be better off with more targeted advertising.

If you have a strong site with good rankings in tech you'll make far more from tech related affiliate programs - so product reviews, comparisons etc.. I haven't seen the site so may not be suitable so obv that depends on a few things.

Plus, last time I checked, you cannot combine adsense with gambling ads so you'd have to take off the adsense to do it. Unless this has changed.

Depending on what form of gaming your site covers, some promotion for eSports may be quite fitting.

Judging by your topics mentioned it could potentially be a good fit for your visitors.

Another aspect to consider will be where your visitors are mainly coming from, and their general demographic makeup. As Aidan90 says, at high level it sounds like esports/some form of cash video gaming might work if carefully done. But also as Baldidiot says, you may be better off focusing on making more out of the stuff your audience expects to see. Maybe Amazon could get a good return if the visitor base is from those countries where Amazon product sales will convert ( but there are some drawbacks with Amazon if your visitors are from multiple countries...unless they've changed their rules recently, that is).

Some advice...if you ever do decide to take up blog post offers, then don't give them away for nothing. And be cautious.
It sounds like you have a valuable clean site. Your links are most likely valuable.

It is easy to try. Probably start with esports only in gaming section. Do a geotarget from the beginning unless you have 90% US traffic or so (at least US bovada; bet365, unibet ROW). Move the esports articles to subdomain to comply with adsense. Do not expect fast returns. The best you can have is zero registrations after a week and then you will know that is not the way to go! Either way Adsense will be hard to beat.
