In the case of multiple sites, yu would have to use the same link ID you will be given in all of the sites (otherwise you would have to create an affiliate account for every single site), I think this will avoid any confusion. If you have any more questions, I'll be happy to help you.

If you look again....you will see that I used the same affiliate code in my example, however I have added "&bn=code".

Most OddsOn properties allow this form of tracking....and by the way, it's one of the most powerful and easiest forms of tracking.

It allows the webmaster to track ANY campaign at any time with ease. It allows the webmaster to track individual sites, and also individual pages within each site.

Webmasters do not have to wait for approval, or Casino creation of individual tracking codes.

There are other software packages out there that allow for ease of tracking in very similar fashion, and I am not discounting them in any way.

YES, FortyPlus "DOES" in fact support this kind of tracking as my tests have proven.

I just did a dns report on them as i couldn't pull their site either.

The primary name server responded but the secondary did not, and there are no mx records whatsoever, so my guess is mail will fail also.
