Sportsbook that gives horse racing to French Players?

I'm looking for a sportsbook that let's people from france bet on horses.

It seems everyone has shut its doors to french players in line with the legislation, I had hoped 888 did this but they don't.

So do any french sportsbooks do this, and if not will any soon?
