Wondering if anyone uses geotargetly . com for country redirection..?

It can get a little pricey...

Any other reliable methods / scripts that you all like..?

We use GeotargetingWP.com and it's great - solved a lot of problems for us, I haven't heard of this service, does it have things like geo links (geotargetingwp and thirsty pro both have this).

Looks pretty good.. especially for the lower priced package..

It's funny.. When you go to higher volume geotargetly is a little better..

I can also recommend GeotargetingWP, I have been using it for around 2 years and it is very easy to integrate into your website. I would say use the Maxmind database with it and host it, using the api will get pricey quite quick. I was getting a lot of bot traffic and forever blocking ip's to try and reduce the amount of requests I was using, also enable cache mode.

Thanks for tip on GeotargetingWP.com MJM. I've tried others with mixed results, so will give this one a try. There HTML5 location service seems interesting, so hopefully get improved accuracy.

We use a plugin called polylang pro - essentially its for a US site that targets users in 4 different states and we need to present state specific information users. It seems to work well but we still haven't really fully tested it in the sense that u think something works well at the beginning but once in being used for a while, there is a chance unforeseen issues might surface
