I'm planning for sending email to Japanese casino players to boost my website revenue.
Can anyone recommend me which email service I should choose?

or where to get new email list for Japan market?

The problem is there is no single email list you can "buy" that would not almost assuredly generate spam complaints.

Unless you compile the list yourself from your sites or properties, there is not a single person on the list you "buy" that signed up to your list or gave you permission to email them.

If the first thought a person has when they open the mail is, "who is this?" or "I didn't sign up for this" then in their mind it is in fact spam.

Lists you generate directly on your website would always be the most effective and most responsive email you could have.
