Default Virgin Stats just dont make sense to me

One of the things that annoys me about affiliate programs is a lack of transparency and Virgin falls into this category.

I can never tell how much in bonuses has been given away as they do not display those figures.

So on checking stats this month - i see that i have a postive Casino and Bingo Gross revenue . Net Revenue though is negative.

Has this happened to any of you ?

I dont promote their poker so there are no stats for it . I think its kind of werid to show Gross positives and a Net negative.

You can see slightly more details in the "Player Report". It doesn't go into huge amounts of detail, but their is a play-by-player column for deductions.

    Hi theGman,

I just stumbled upon this thread by chance. Would have been easier for you to contact us directly about this, but happy to help regardless.

I’ve investigated your account, and our system behaves exactly as it should re. bonus deductions and winning players. I will break it down for you if you email me from a valid email address. We don’t have valid details for your affiliate account and have been trying to contact you about it for a while now.

Fair point on our snapshot report, I agree it can be confusing as total deductions do not show there, so the connection between gross and net is missing. I’ve just asked our development team to add a “deductions” row there, should make it for the next release.

In the meantime, as Baldidiot mentioned, player specific aggregated deductions are available on the player report, so you can find out more about deductions there. If you need further breakdown per player please contact us, we’re a helpful bunch.

Virgin always seem to be going into the negative for me these days
I agree this month is not great for you so far, down to lucky players, however to be fair you’ve ended the month in negative only twice in the past 18 months, last time being 6 months ago.

    Cheers,
    Pierrick Leveque

It's good Pierrick came on here and responded - I've spoken to many affiliates who have been impressed with the way Virgin conducts themselves.

They respond quickly, convert pretty well and are one of the trusted companies out there who pay on time

Its often easier for me just to post here and get feedback from my peers as i have done , it is good that Pierrick came by and many thanks for that .

How do i actually enter my details onto the account , everything seems to be greyed out and i cant do anything . I am more than happy to update the details .

That's weird, I can edit your details on the website, no problem (fields become editable when you click on "edit" button, bottom of "My Details" page). If you still can't do it today please send me the requested info I'll do it for you.

    Cheers,
