Sending Email frequency for Promo emails to Sportsbook and Online Casino?

What would be the ideal email frequency towards sportsbook and Casino players in the SEA market.

- Send 2-3 email per day per player.

- Send no more than 1 email every 48 hours.

Is there an infrastructure that could withstand that sending frequency of the first option?

Interested to hear everybody's thoughts here or personal experiences.

2 to 3 per day? Are you seriously asking if the majority of people really wanna get spammed that often?
Even every other day is out of line for most.

That often will lead to more unsubscribes or ignoring the emails completely.

Agree with Rick. At 2 to 3 a day the infrastructure isn't really the problem; any decent ESP can send that volume. It's what happens to your sender reputation afterwards. Gmail and Outlook watch how people react, so once players stop opening and start hitting the spam button, even your good emails land in junk, and gambling mail gets less benefit of the doubt than most. I'd rather send one email a week with an offer that's actually worth opening, and let people choose their own frequency at signup if they want more. For sportsbook you can justify extra sends around big fixtures, but tie it to events the player cares about, not a daily schedule.
