No Payment - April or May Earnings

Hi guys,

Having trouble getting a response from the payments department or our AM.

We got an email around the middle of May advising us that they could not send in USD. That is not a problem for us, since the intermediary bank is an international bank. Currency exchanges are not an issue.

However, we have yet to receive April earnings, and nothing yet for May. The payments department initially said that our April wire " got declined with no reason specified".

I think the problem is simply that we use a bank with no Swift code, and there is an intermediary bank involved, and whoever the new processor is, had trouble with our bank details.

My issue is, nobody is responding to my emails. The last response I had from payments at affutd.com was 8 days ago. Is someone working on your end, to fix our wire issue and get us paid for April / May?

Drop David a pm here at the GPWA. Be sure to tell him who your assigned AM is.

He will check with the AM to verify in fact that your emails are getting through and help to make sure you get connected to help work this out for you.

He checks in here when he can, but be patient and give him a few days to get back to you.

If you do not hear back from him or your AM after a reasonable time, let me know and I will try to help at least get you in contact with them.
