Hi All,

I am new to GPWA, and am trying to find my way around. I am setting up my own poker site in the UK and am having real problems finding a decent merchant account which allows my visitors to upload credits. I feel like I am being charged the earth..... I can understand that as a new business I will have to pay more than the well established companies but I wondered if anyone had any suggestions? Does anyone have anything good to say about any of the payment processors who deal with gaming? And what are the main failings? I just cant seem to find anyone I speak to convincing, there is alot of sales patter and not much else - anyone have any helpful suggestions?

Yeah, without knowing your credit, etc, I would guess:

10% rolling reserve
9% Rate
1 week back minimum, and weekly payouts? Am I close ?

Thanks for the reply casinojack - Who has best customer support in the UK? Sorry to bombard you, I just hate companies who are so big you end up waiting for hours to speak to someone! Do you have any other advice on payments, is a week in arrears normal?

Sure sometimes 2 weeks back also till first payment..

As a rule, I will not chat about relationships I may or may not have with banks, on a forum, or email etc. My life is an open book, but not my money
