Dear affiliate partner,
Please be informed that we have identified an error between the affiliate program Terms and Conditions and the actual monthly billing of our affiliate partners.
According to our Terms and Conditions, the total commission is inclusive of any and all taxes, including but not limited to value-added tax. For the affiliate partners registered outside of Estonia, a VAT of 20% should be deducted from affiliate fees and paid by OlyBet (OB Holding 1 OÜ) to the Estonian government.
Due to the error, OlyBet has paid the VAT on behalf of the affiliates without withholding the amount from the affiliates’ total commission.
We confirm that the additional costs in the form of excess payments to affiliate partners, which have already been incurred will remain OlyBet’s costs and there will be no chargebacks. Henceforth, all future payments shall be made in line with the Terms and Conditions.
