Hi everyone

Just thought I'd introduce myself incase I ever need advice. I run a tipster website which is free and is growing rapidly. First time I have went down affiliate route and decided to go with my favourite bookmaker bet365.

Very impressed so far and have just started to get my head around everything.

After 1 week of promoting I have 12 depositers which I'm quite happy with as still very early days.

My only minor concern is the fact it may take me a while to get into positive due to a punter winning over £5000 at the weekend. Is this normally the case

Hi

It depends - because you're just starting to build a player base it could take time unless that player returns and loses it all.


At this point most people will either recommend

1. Drop the prog until you're positive with your current players (could be never)

2. Continue to send players until you're positive again

(3). Request that player be moved to a separate account (unlikely to be fulfilled)

Personally i'd stick with it but it really depends on your situation & overall plan for your business.

You should also want to know if they followed YOUR tips or not.

If you provide really good tips that are spot on, and all your players follow your tips, this will not end.

Decent enough but I doubt they were my tips

i have a good base to work with. Launched the website a week ago and have over 800 members who receive daily emails.

Anna has kindly replied to me from Bet365 and is looking into helping me out and looking into the big winner. Very impressed so far

Welcome to the forum and congrats on having such a great start as an affiliate. Im sure if you continue to bring in those amounts of depositors, you should soon be on the plus side of things. Good luck to you!

Welcome to teh forum! Best advice I was ever given was be happy with a big winner - It usually means in teh long run you will earn great money off them... moast of the time!
