Sure it was just a successful ploy to get sign ups, couldn't see anyway Brazil wouldn't wear the yellow kit.

Yeah, you say that but you wouldn't believe the language around the office when these pictures started to appear on twitter yesterday afternoon!

Good god, I can't imagine how much outrage there would have been on twitter. What would have been a great popularity boost could have killed your reputation XD. Although I can't see the earnings recovering after the hammering they will have taken. Couple of hundred new depositors and you will be £4k in the hole.

So there appeared to be a pattern forming and there was genuine concern that what started as a deliberate loss-leader to ensure thousands of Coral punters had cash in their accounts when the first game kicked off might suddenly implode into a social media flame war and a nightmare evening shift for the Customer service teams.

Then they decided they would pay out anyway and say that we'd been fooled too but at least there was yellow on the badge and the numbers so here's your double money.

As it turned out - those tweeted pictures caused something of a social media storm which only pushed the profile of the offer even higher.
