    Default Ask Gamblers dispute service

    Just came across this:

    http://www.askgamblers.com/p-46/complaints

    The inevitable write up:

    http://online_casino_news.hundredper...p-service.html

It's a GPWA member. Anyone know anything about him? It might actually be a useful addition - though I've said that before, and been disappointed.

I met Igor in person several years ago in London. IMO he is a good guy as well his partner. He works hard on his site and it shows. I wish him the best of luck with the player dispute service as I know he will do a great job at it.

Although several folks has targetting him for his promotion choices I doubt it will affect anything as it relates to him helping others resolve issues.

True that! He also won the Best Affiliate award last year, which was well deserved.

I've also done more than just met Igor as we chat on msn as well as facebook so for those that say just meeting a person is no reason to vouch for them. He has helped me on occassion on webmaster stuff that was new to me, but common to him.

I also think that was the first time I met you in person Christine as well as Engineer (who is a doll), greedygirl, spearmaster, simmo & Bryan.

Just to add in my 2c's worth.

I know Igor well and can confirm this guy is an utterly nice bloke who works hard to achieve the best results for both his site and his affiliate accounts.

The site has gone through some changes in format over that last couple of years but this is, the best yet.

He won best casino affiliate this year at the iGB Affiliate Awards.

Igor is a great guy who has gone from strength to strength in the last few years.

His dedication is evident and I am sure this new service will be of benefit to those who use it

The industry can always use another voice, but I am afraid that Igor promotes rogue casinos. And as a player, that really turns me off. Also makes me think, if one of his players gets in trouble with his GW and Virtual casinos, he should theoretically make it right for the player. Probably he would try and probably he would fail, as evidenced by all the past players that were screwed over.

Think I met Igor once and was very impressed and actually a tad jealous. A great guy with a very strong understanding of many aspects of this industry. A complete genius not only in front end coding but back end as well, a master. Given time he could probably make his own casino from scratch using notepad.

It does appear he promotes well known rogue programs that only perpetuates the rogue problem. But then again he promotes almost every program. Maybe this will be his bargaining chip, his leverage in attempt to make things right. After all he alone IMO processes the ability to dig a few graves for those rogue brands.

All considered I trust Igor and wish him the best of luck. But on the other hand I must agree promoting well known rogues like the Virtual Group is inexcusable under most circumstances. In the end perpetuates the problem and singles out Igor as an elitist. Which he is free do to.

Despite the reality Igor is taking steps to give a “second voice” in a attempt to solve player issues. Will he be successful? Time will tell I suppose as in life your thoughts often becomes your reality. And the reality is how can one serve justice and propagate injustice by supporting rogue brand casinos. Call it what you will....
