So I received the following e-mail this morning, which I expected was on its way at some point. I send a few new depositors to 32Red every few months, not alot - but they make some money from me. Now, after the below, isn't it in my interest to ensure NO NEW DEPOSITORS reach Kindred? Say, I've got a dropdown menu of Microgaming casinos - there's NO way it'd be in my interest to include 32Red or their other clones in there. Morons.

Dear Affiliate,

On March 21st we contacted you with regards to an update to our Terms & Conditions which included the following clause:

6.6. The Company reserves the right to reduce the Commission/change the Reward Plan if:
3. the Affiliate does not generate a minimum of 6 New Depositing Customers in a period of 3 months

This clause came into effect on the day of the email, March 21st, with the necessary 3-month consecutive period having now passed and you have failed to generate 6 New Depositing Customers.

We are therefore notifying you of our plan to reduce your commission plan to a 10% Revenue Share structure on 18th February 2019. This new reward plan will be in effect on that date.

I got the same today too, I emailed and them and told them I will not be working with them for 10% and if they are not happy with that go ahead and close the account. Came back amazing quickly and closed the account.

I already know how I'll be cross-promoting my 32Red traffic. They might not have been getting many new players from me, but I sure as hell get plenty of traffic consisting of existing 32Red members. They're about to find out there are MUCH nicer places to play than 32Red.

Their decision will cost 32Red more money than it will me. Fact is, I'll probably make more out of it.

Another affiliate program shoots itself in the foot. 10% is laughable. At the rate that some of these programs are alienating their affiliates, or shutting down, it'll be interesting to see how many affiliate programs will be left to promote in the very near future.

Have they changed this? I got an email as well about the minimum quota but the email just said my account had been closed - no warnings, no 10%, just closed.
