I guess these may be questions for Michael Corfman. I'm pretty much just thinking out loud here so bear with me....

1. Assuming there is no surprise relief and this online gambling bill is signed, has there been any consideration by CasinoCity.com to file another lawsuit with the Department of Justice in order to determine CasinoCity's right to profit from online gambling advertisements under these new laws?

2. Would there be any benefit to a lawsuit being filed with the Department of Justice on behalf of GPWA.org members? I know GPWA is more or less an "international organization" but I'm sure quite a few members (possibly a majority?) are US-based affiliates. The lawsuit would be similar to #1 above: to determine the rights of US-based affiliates to profit from advertising online gambling (both CPA and Rev share). I think the consensus is that US based hosting of gambling portals is likely an issue, but what about a US resident hosting his or her site in another country and realizing an income from promoting online gambling? It would sure be nice to get an interpretation from the DOJ before any of us get a surprise knock on the door from the FBI or whoever.

3. I have read in other posts where CasinoCity has only CPA arrangements in regards to marketing revenue from online gambling sites. Now that CasinoCity runs GPWA.org, isn't the income from any new gambling affiliate signups (GPWA.org banners, etc.) with the various online casino groups going to be a percentage based on revenue? Is that an issue for concern for CasinoCity?

Something to think about....
