Hey Guys - I hope everyone here is well. We ran a post here about 6-9 months ago (I can't seem to find it) offering partnership opportunities in our bitcoin sportsbook and casino company; while it did yield some good interest, nothing panned out, unfortunately.

We've since been working with TheOCMX, Canada's largest and most exclusive private equity marketplace to fine tune and list our offering. Happy to say that after some extreme vetting and auditing, we are now live on their site (under Monster Byte Inc). On there you can find a pitch deck, PPM, historic and projected P&L, etc.

Since all our software is custom-built and proprietary we have intentions to branch into the B2B sector and white-label our games and sportsbook to become a software reseller, while also adding some additions to the current properties we own and operate. We feel our background in the bitcoin space (We were the first Bitcoin Casino and Sportsbook in one ever launch in 2013) gives us a distinct advantage over some of the competition which is trying to bend fiat-based casinos into this space.

For what it's worth, the minimum to invest is US $12,500 and based upon where you live you may need to be considered an institutional, or sophisticated, investor. Hi Gooner, the venture right now is private; however, we have been profitable through the years even with a rocky 2015 with our odds provider stiffing us!
