NetRefer Brand Reports Not Working?

I have been trying to get brand reports from NetRefer programs and only get "no data available" when I know there is data. Anyone else having the same problem getting reports/data? Very frustrating when trying to analyze results and can't get the data.

clicks have never worked for me.. since oiver a year on various brands.. junk aff software which also seems to drop conversions once installed
