Unfair Treatment by Justbet and UcaBet Sportsbook

I would like to speak up regarding Justbet and UcaBet Sportsbook. I feel I was treated unfairly by telling me they would not accept anymore of my traffic while keeping about twenty players in JustBet and about twenty players in UCABET. There were a lot of emails going back and forth last week, first about the benefits that I would receive because of Bookmaker taking over.

A few days later I received another email wishing me luck to find another sportsbook for the NFL season as if they were doing me a favor by telling me a ahead of time that they were screwing me. I had one sign up last week and one player deposited. That is all gone, I do not believe the sportsbook is on this forum however the CEO of JustBet emailed me direct and stated that JustBet had to agree to the those terms in the deal with bookmaker.

However, it was not understood and agreed in the terms of service with my company and JustBet and UCABET that they can take players as it is stated in bookmaker that if a player is not active for a certain period of time.

I had a 1888 number that I have been using and giving out business cards, all of that work gone. They still have my landing page up justbet.cx/everyonebets/ and are happy to take traffic without giving me my cut.

Bookmaker hate affiliates. I know there are affiliates promoting them, but they screwed me over when they retrospectively changed terms a few years back. I left behind $5000 owing in my affiliate account and a load of players. I felt I had little option but to jump ship as I cant promote crooks.
I spoke to an AM the other week in the US space who said to me that Bookmaker just don't want affiliates, and I think that neatly sums it up.
I got the same justbet email as you and to be fair to them it did tell affiliates to **** off but crucially it said they would keep paying on the players already introduced. I know those other scammers BetUS said the same thing and quickly stopped paying.
I dont like to excuse crooked behaviour by companies, but be honest this area of the US-facing firms is effectively unregulated and deemed illegal by the USA. As a result it is like the wild west and so you need to be aware of that when being an affiliate in this space. I have lost a lot, particularly when Betus conned all its affiliates. If it had happened to me in the UK, well frankly I would have taken the firms to court. But in the UK it is legal and regulated (of a sort) and the licenses (sort of) mean something. Whereas in the US-facing space they mean nothing. Dont get me wrong, there are a lot of good guys in the affiliate departments of those US-facing firms, but the overall nature of the business does mean affiliates are at more risk than in say the UK, where they can still get screwed but might actually be able to do something about it in theory.
PS: If any consolation, I have one hell of a lot more players than that in justbet.

I hear you about being fair to them about paying out the current players, but that was not the case in UCA Bet. I got no response from my AM. The login page was changed/redirected to JustBet. All of my UCABET balance and players dissapeared.

They always pushed me promote ucabet but I wont promote a company in the US space unless they have been around a while and I was nervous of promoting justbet anyway but an affiliate on this site said he found them ok and frankly I was running out of options. I mean you need more than two sportsbooks on an affiliate website. I have no complaints about justbet to this point. I think it is creditable that they have engaged with you on this issue, even after having sold out. If they stick to their word then all will be fair, but I wont be holding my breath on that one, especially as bookmaker are running the show. Frankly if you get ripped off just keep all the evidence and roll it out every time you have the chance to. The best way to keep people honest is to punish the dishonest ones and bad publicity is one of our only weapons.

JustBet was one of the best affiliate program we EVER promoted. The guy who ran the show as well as his affiliate team were all top notch. Payments were swift, tracking was great and conversions were second to none. However, having said that, BookMaker and their sister book BetDSI are nothing but a bunch of arrogant, spineless CROOKS who look for every way possible to cheat affiliates and keep their money. Bottom line and nobody can convince me otherwise. I speak from experience. The only reason JustBet isn't getting a "F Rating" and an "AVOID AT ALL COSTS" warning on our sites as of today is for the simple fact that the guy who used to own JustBet outright is now still on board running JustBet under BookMaker's ownership and he personally guaranteed us that we will still get paid on past players. We shall see. It's a shame because they were one of the few USA facing firms that you could actually trust to prove accurate stats and timely payments.

I have swamp land in Antarctica to sell you if you think it's just "bad luck" as to why you can go from promoting an excellent converting USA facing site to a different USA facing site with the same traffic and promotions and wind up with less than 95% of total conversions/payments. Most of these USA facing sites are owned by crooks and if you think they really are sharing 25-35% of their profits with affiliates you truly are naïve. It's a joke and makes me hate this industry for the most part.

Another USA Sportsbook down the tubes! Justbet was once a good book, until Bookmaker got their hands on them. Now USA has BetOnline/SportsBetting/5Dimes and their sisters. There is another but I wonder if they finally put that they do not pay New York in their terms of service. No Names Needed.
