    Default Progressive Jackpot Tickers

Do any casino affiliate programs still offer progressive jackpot tickers?

see casinostats247 _.com widgets section - it might just be what you need - but note that there are updated like every half hour, not real time

Found the tickers on Rewards Affiliates - thanks, do their casinos accept UK players now?

Casinostats widget took a while to set up then realised it was all links to their site - fair enough but not what we're looking for

I created my own for GBP players using a .js file covering all the major NetEnt and Microgaming progressives. There is an update interval of 60 minutes, 12 hours or 24 hours.

Useful that Rewards Affiliates have their own, I might create a separate section for these later on.

@555, namely Slots Plus Casino, Sun Palace Casino, Las Vegas USA Casino and Vegas Casino Online. They have different progressive jackpot tickers for a variety of games.

Most affiliate programs have phased out standalone iframe and JavaScript tickers over the years due to CORS limitations, ad-blocker filtering, and the need for responsive mobile designs. For webmasters still looking to display dynamic progressive totals, the cleaner modern approach is pulling live jackpot data directly via provider or network API endpoints and caching it locally on a scheduled cron to populate custom counters. That avoids broken external embeds and gives complete control over styling without relying on outdated third-party widgets.

Good point casinoteam, and the worst part is, if "anything" goes wrong with the link to the external .js file, very often the page will completely hang for long periods and sometimes not load at all.

This is seen many thousands of times across the web on pages built many years ago that carried the MGS, RTG and other tickers.

I was just thinking about this today, actually. do you have any pointers on where to get those API commands? I could certainly contact each gaming provider, but if you have endpoint info - that might help too I suspect they are all token-based, though.

most providers do not hand out a public jackpot api, so you usually get the numbers one of two ways. either the affiliate program gives you a feed (xml or json, worth just asking your manager), or you look at what the operator lobby itself calls. open a casino lobby, devtools, network tab, filter xhr and you will see the jackpot request the page makes. that is the same source the widgets use. whatever you end up with, pull it server side on a cron and cache it as your own json, then let the page read only from your server. if the provider goes down you show the last known value instead of the page hanging on a dead request, which is exactly the problem universal4 described above.
