Also, be carefull how you price the site. Many experienced webmasters will require to know not only the revenue, but how many new players, average deposits, and methods how you marketed (blackhat seo vs. the good white-hat methods). Also, the geographic regions you are targeting are important. You will have to decide if you are going to sell the current player base or not. If you targett the USA, or USA players comprise the majority of your revenue stream. These factors will certainly interest many interested webmasters. Many progrmas will not let you. You wil have to ask your programs about that.

Pretty much anything that will help a potential buyer to evaluate the real "value" of the website.

You could probably set the price a factor of 6-10 times the average revenue for the last 4 months.

So put the time into making all the data available and I am sure you will get a good deal.

Another important factor is if the site has sold links. While an extra few hundred dollars/month in link sales seems like it would increase the overall value of a site I find it reduces the value greatly. Webmasters in general do not want to buy a site with a lot of baggage even if it increases revenue.

I would not sale thru ebay, main reason high fees
You can use a service like escrow.com kind of high, but if you dont know the party

DP have many cool people, but there some jokers on there. You can list your site for free. I just sold two sites on there with no problem.

Try and stay away from paypal, use wire or escrow. I seen people get burned using paypal/ebay
