Extorsión Contract Jackedaffiliates

Anybody else received a mail from Jacked Affiliates stating commission payment is on hold because their bank requires a contract/agreement between parties?!

And if so have you gone over the contract? There are some pretty sick terms in it....

if you are in a country where they are not licensed to take players, Then this is normal as they need to show the acquiring bank that they are sending comms not winnings. the terms however I cant quote as not seen them, how bad are they?

Not sure if I follow this "they are sending comms not winnings"? There is no playeraccount involved nor black- grey countries. Simple commission payment for marketing services with years of trackrecord.

The excuse used is that the processors put it on hold cause the bank needs an agreement...

As for the terms here is one detail:

"It is hereby acknowledged by the Affiliate that the Client may monitor the Affiliate Media to ensure the Affiliate is complying with the terms of this Agreement and thereby the Affiliate shall provide the Client with all data and information, inter alia, passwords, to enable the Client to perform such monitoring at no cost to the Client."


and they basically can end the deal if you fart... well that is my interpertation. (have sent it to my lawyer now to go over it)

Well if you dont comply with the terms of the affiliate account they can terminate anyhow, that text above doesnt change anything, with regards to the banking it works like this.. Some casinos will use the same banks which process transactions from players to also payout affiliates, however many have restrictions i.e You are based in Spain but your traffic is UK, now to save confusion of the bank thinking the casino is sending payouts to a Spanish casino player which is against their terms they will need a contract to justify why they are sending payments to Spain. Also it could just be a KYC requirement I have done many, it doesnt look like anything to worry about to me.

.. with regards to the banking it works like this.. Nope as it has nothing to do with KYC, this is a contract/agreement as clearly stated in OP.
