New Zealand property prices are still quite good (compared to US and most Western European countries).
And making the jump from city living to country living makes it much more affordable ...

I have a friend in Auckland (the biggest city out here in NZ) and his shoebox city centre apartment is about 2/3 the price of this !!

"My vendors have an exciting business venture overseas, so are reluctantly having to leave their beautiful property behind."

£650k cheap as chips for that level of property and grounds etc and a bloody outbuilding! But yeh also shows the mental state of houses in London when you're getting a little 2 bed terrace with a yard (if you're lucky).

We had a very successful Euro2016 - tripled our revenues for the month with on site reporting from France - so we will be doing a lot more on site sports events - so expect to off shore frequently for months at a time. Agent slightly confused.

Yes - it's just over 2 acres so a ride on mover is essential.

Each of the three lawn areas takes about 25 minutes - so 75 minutes in total during a week - and it's like riding a go-kart around the section so is actually a bit of fun. It can be quite therapeutic going up and down putting stripes in the lawn ... a good time to think affiliate strategy ...
