No Payment for april 2013

Hello all,

maybe it will help if we create a thread here in the GPWA Forum.

We still wait for the payment for april 2013. Normal it should come arround the 10th, but 10 days later on the 20th still nothing happend. And nobody can tell us when we will get paid. We choosed skrill/moneybookers as payment method, so it really very simple and fast to send us the payment. Its not understandable where is the problem.

We really brought good traffic to coral poker and was going to push them more. Its really a pitty because we have the possibilty to bring really good trafic to Coral.At the moment we stopped to promote Coral untill we get the missing payment.

It is ok if a payment is a bit delayed. But it should be possible to pay us in time or to tell us when we will get paid. Soon May is over and we still wait for the april payment.

Maybe someone here will read it and make sure that we get paid. We will update this thread directly if we got the missing payment.

Are some members here which already got their payment for april?

Thanks for the post Jambo,

We aim to make payments within the following month and will do so again in May for April's activity.

I can guarantee you that will you get paid and we have been in contact with people at YourPokerDream discussing payments specifically.

All affiliate payments were generated and sent to the Payments Team last week and we are awaiting confirmation from them that all amounts by all payment methods have been sent.

Our Payment Team have said that they expect all MoneyBookers payments to have been sent by Wednesday 22nd so please let me know if this is not the case with your earnings.

Ironically, the reason why they were unable to complete all transactions last week was down to the steady improvement and activity at the Coral Connect programme. The Payments Team burned through all the funds in the affiliate moneybooker account and had to request more as we have had more affiliates becoming active and requesting this method.

I agree that fast and reliable payment to affiliates is important which is why I have recently instituted a review at Coral Connect to look at the internal processes for payments that we have. I intend to work with our other internal departments and look at the existing agreed response times for payments and see if they can be further improved.

Yes, i spoke with Alex now few minutes ago,and he told me that he is in contact with you. I am glad to hear that the payments should be sent untill Wednesday. I will write a short update here in the thread when we got it.

And as i wrote in my first post, we will immediately start to push you again if the the payment will arrive on Wednesday.

We and all our team look forward for a successful partnership in future.
