'Customer Account' Line On NetRefer Reports

Anyone know exactly what 'customer account' refers to on NetRefer player reporting? Seems to be listed as a product similar to sports, casino etc on summary and player reporting.

For the most part it looks like tiny adjustments on a player-by-player basis so I've never paid much attention, however one of my programs is showing a fairly chunky negative on this line overall for the month so it would be useful to know exactly what it is before I query - thanks.

Yeah, expect you're right, just seems odd & small numbers at a player by player level. I'll ask for an explanation
