How was our summer?

Although summer is not officially over the summer vacation period is often considered over by the 1st of September?

What kind of fun/activities/vacations did everyone do?

Personally I spent some great time visiting friends and exploring new parts of Ontario, Canada. Had some great relaxing time on houseboats and then just enjoying some great weather.

As a summer person I really am not looking forward to fall/winter and will look forward to spring and summer again.

Winter out here isn't anything like what you'd get in Canada. In fact, you'd probably call our worst winter days, a cool autumn (fall) day. Spring is now knocking on my door, so too are the sunny days. With Daylight Savings only 5 weeks away, I'm looking forward to warm weather, when, we start getting blue sky days around 21 - 24C (69 - 75F).

Though summer can tend to get a tad hot here. Don't mind anything up to 35C (95F), but it can reach 47C (116F), believe me that's hot!

We're taking a week's break in November, and heading down the coast. Nights are still cool, but days are nice.

The weather in the UK has been awful this 'summer' loads of rain, storms and clouds. It's been hot but not really sunny. Well not in the majority of the Midlands. Had a few nice days just gone.

Summer is Eastern Europe is amazing. Black Sea is a place i recommend for all to come and visits, with beautiful beaches and low prices As seeing what is the weather now and how degrees are voer 30 Cesius, the summer will continue up to the end of September.

Summer is always the best season, we wait for it the whol year and it passes away like a comet
