Hi Vardi,
I like the layout, it looks very nice.

An experienced affiliate manager warned me about websites with dark background and colors, because she said it's more difficult to get trust and to convert.
I don't know if it's a good suggestion, but keep it in mind

What I don't like are the left and right sidebar:
- they've a different width
- objects are not centered
- some weird chars shows (Â)
- they're not symmetric
- content is very long and sidebars are short.

Anyway it's just my opinion and fixing this little problems is not so difficult!!
