Default Rainbet not counting registered users

Just posting something brief on my experience with rainbet.

I decided to get a rainbet affiliate account made to test out their program, we decided on a hybrid deal 50% RS + 80 CPA.

Started sending traffic via their tracking links but I noticed they were blacklisted by adblock which means the links will not open in new tabs while using adblock, they said a fixed was being looked at in a couple weeks, no big deal.

Then I decided to register a couple test accounts using my affiliate links on 2 different geos to make sure signups were actually being counted, neither were added to my account.

Thier response for these users not being counted was "These users did not have an stag set in their cookies when they registered so aren't under the code".

They then terminated my account 😂

So anyone looking at using these guys keep in mind that signups under your code might not get counted, whether or not this is on purpose I don't know but it doesn't look good on their end.

Hey, want to clear a few things up since this was already communicated to you directly:

On the adblock thing: we had already identified the issue before and it's being fixed by our development team. We actually sent you an updated link as a workaround but it got turned down because the new landing page didn't have the bonus on it. Fair enough if that was a dealbreaker, but the fix was there.

Regarding the test accounts, these didn't track because there was no stag in the cookies when they registered. Worth mentioning that we have plenty of affiliates running tests on their links regularly and no one else has flagged this. If this is connected to adblock it's not clear what the issue is, since if adblock was breaking the links, how did they register through them at all if they can't open the link? The two issues don't really connect. Either way, we moved those players under your account manually. If you have any error logs or screenshots, happy to pass them to our dev team to look into.

And the account wasn't terminated. What was said is that since we weren't going forward with the partnership, the account would expire, as in, no active deal, as it was communicated by you too - not sure why would the account be kept active. Also, not that you'd lose what was already generated. Any CPA or RS that triggered while the partnership is active gets paid out, that's not changing.

Like I said for the tracking, if it's being fixed, no big deal.

    >> If this is connected to adblock it's not clear what the issue is, since if adblock was breaking the links, how did they register through them at all if they can't open the link?

Ad blockers work by blacklisting certain terms or link structures. When a link is opened in a new tab, the connection may be automatically blocked, preventing the page from loading. However, if the link is opened directly (for example, without using target="_blank"), the connection can be established normally. That’s why copying and pasting the URL into your browser works without any issue.

My main concern is the explanation I received for why the signups weren’t counted, “no stag in cookies”, which doesn't make any sense. I know what you're trying to say but it still doesn't make any sense.

If you have developers working on this, they first need to understand how ad blockers function. Otherwise, up to 40% of traffic may not be tracked correctly.

Okay well now you have 1 developer that's telling you there is an issue, whether or not you listen is up to you, I'm just giving my feedback.

One thing I didn’t mention earlier is that I funded both accounts I used for testing, and neither of the deposits is being tracked in the account. That’s another red flag.

Like I said previously, a workaround was provided to you and regarding the adblock issue, our devs are working on it, with a fix that goes live in a few days, testing with our affiliate provider is already underway.
On the deposits, when players are moved manually our affiliate provider's system takes a bit longer to sync. Check now and you'll see everything is updated. No missing data, just a delay after a manual transfer.
