Oh, I see. Basically it combines performance for the first half of the year with our prediction on each operator's performance for the second.

By 'performance', however, I mean more than simply its financial performance, although that is included: we also reward those who have made progress fighting monopolies (eg Bwin), or that have a strategic advantage (e.g. Party's settlement with the US authorities).
