This year G2E in Las Vegas takes place from the 9th to the 12th of October 2023.

Most affiliates will simply want access to the G2E exhibit hall beginning on Tuesday, 10 October and running through Thursday, 12 October. This is the largest gaming related trade-show in North America, and everything new in the industry is on display. Access to GPWA and APCW members is free as long as you register in advance using the link below by the 15th of September (otherwise the early registration fee if you just visit the G2E website is $269). Beginning on September 16th the registration fee goes up to $299 and it will no longer possible to register for free GPWA and APCW member access. So, it pays to register early using the free registration link below if there is a possibility you will attend.

To register for a FREE pass, use the following link by September 15 and fill in the required information for a new registration:

There is a separate education track that runs from Monday to Thursday. We will be attending and reporting to GPWA members on highlights of select sessions from an affiliate perspective. Educational sessions are priced for gaming industry executives at $1,049 for one day and $1,949 for access to sessions all four days.

And, if you do attend G2E, please stop by our stand and say hello. The GPWA will be exhibiting with Casino City Press in booth number 5435, and we'll be giving away copies of the current GPWA Times Magazine and our iGaming Pocket Directory.

Thank you, sir. I'm in Vegas and will absolutely be attending. I am signing up with your link right now but I will have I upgrade for more access. For those just wanting to attend the biggest conference on this side of the ocean, this offer is amazing. I look forward to seeing everyone in my hometown!

I never got the chance to go there. One year I should plan it into my schedule.
