Angry Seeking Advice: Disputed €17,000 Withdrawal at BULLSBET .IO Casino

As a Japanese online casino player, I'm frustrated with Bullsbet Casino's rejection of my €17,000 withdrawal due to alleged multiple accounts. Despite years of loyalty, this experience feels exploitative.

The issue began when Bullsbet Casino cited my IP, device details, and browser cookies as evidence of multiple accounts. However, I've only ever used my contracted home internet for this account. A previous false accusation due to public Wi-Fi usage made me cautious.

Recently, Bullsbet casino experienced severe system errors, including wagering discrepancies, game access issues, and account lockouts. An industry insider suggests that Bullsbet Casino likely uses an unreliable in-house detection tool, especially for iPhone users like myself.

Casino Guru, acting as an "independent investigator," backed Bullsbet's claim without providing concrete evidence. This decision raises bias concerns. Worryingly, other players on forums have reported similar "multiple account" accusations and account lockouts.

I'm seeking advice on how to appeal this decision or involve another authority. Specifically, I'd like to know:

    - Does Bullsbet Casino use third-party account detection tools?
    - How can I appeal or involve another authority?
    - Are there industry connections willing to assist?

I'm willing to pay a success fee for retrieval of my winnings. Any advice or moral support would be greatly appreciated.

By sharing my story, I hope to caution others against potential unfair practices at Bullsbet and advocate for fair play.

Not sure this "industry insider" is really that.

After having already getting assistance from CasinoGuru, it is likely that the operator is standing strong on what they have as evidence that you were sharing accounts in some way. I would say Guru backing the operator's claim is less about bias and more about the operator standing strong on their decision.

Keep in mind, anyone that tries to help can not force an operator and has little influence to persuade an operator to change their mind about a case. Your best outcome might be to get a little more information about how they determined there were accounts being shared so you might try and dispute that part of the claim.

As your English is far superior to mine, I can assure you are not a classic Japanese online casino player.

You are either a pro, who knew what you were doing and you were caught. Then be aware that here is a forum for affiliates and scams against us. Not against players.

Or you are a poor gambler, then SFYL. This is not 2010, when the online world was more honest. Next time devote the money to cat shelter instead.

Casino guru is an online affiliate that gets paid to send new players over to the casinos. So are Askgamblers, Casino.org and AffiliateGuarddog or similar lol "dispute resolution sites."

These are essentially all affiliate review websites that get traffic from Google and pass on the new players over the casinos.

You are basically requesting crocodiles to let you pass through the river. That's never going to happen. Affiliate review sites will always side with the casino.

Most of the review resolutions you see on these sites are fake, made-up, posted by their own staff. This is a standard practice.

If you're really in the right and didn't do anything wrong, unfortunately, you can't do much. Eat up the loss and move on.

At best you can do is to warn your local Japanese friends who're into gambling not to use Bullbet .io.

    @Malikbhai You are wrong.

Casino Guru, AGD, OSGA, Ask Gamblers ect.

Can all retrieve the truth through their partners equally.

In some cases it's better to have an active partner contact the partner Book/Casino to get the low down.

Also possible that induvial is cooked for what's been found/done and no chance in recourse.

Most players put themselves in these spots by doing something.
    Multi-accounting is what's presented here.

Player should first try to resolve directly with operation.
If no success then try a willing partner who offers this service as mentioned above or other (SBR).

I did a bit of digging. He's been posting all over the place. Reddit included.

Probably some Spanish or Brazilian teenager. Posts in Barcelona subs.

His story would have stuck, had he not used the Japanese route to redemption.

I understand the one link. The second about dicks... is there something about this case?

The guy is likely a scam. But he (or his AI) has all the right to post it anywhere. And as always GPWA has right to censor whatever they want. And there the story ends, because we can be censored as well.

I agree with LowFlyingBird some interesting implications are coming.

The scammers have the most sources, so they will be heard the most. It is amazing that place like SBR still works, helped me a lot (when I was pro = scammer in eyes of casinos [in the ancient times I used multiaccounting not to collect bonuses, but to avoid personal limits, whether this is ethical does not matter; back in the time the punishment for this was account closure and all money paid out along with reading personal email full of offenses from GMs, because bookies feared their reputation; those were amazing times, when we all were blended together, because pros also knew when the line was just slightly away and it was accepted to bet on it vs. when there was an obvious error that used to be reported to the bookie; this sounds nostalgic, but this economy was amazing... I as a snotted brat was able to build my small bank with 2 identities + mine along with a lot of guys like me; there were untold rules respected... Nowadays guys make hundreds of accounts and it is a nuclear war on all sides. So it is difficult to blame OP. But it is an offensive post, because unlike the poor souls in 1xbet threads, there is much more to tell.]).
