Thumbs up Why Google Updates are all of a Sudden??

Dear Friends how’s that whenever Google is going to make any update it does without any prior notice, intimation and whatsoever? How will it hurt to Google when it implements the updates with prior intimation? Or, Is its policy not to disclose such updates, even if it claims to be Totally Transparent in its operations?

They do not owe any industry or niche advance notice of changes, although there have been times when Matt Cutts has hinted about upcoming changes in advance.

I do not think will change.

Update: Blah wasted my time replying to someone that has identical posts in other forums, obviously a spammer!

Because upfront notices raise questions, question raise stupid questions. Stupid questions are based on theory, when in fact the implementation might not cause the speculated effect at all. Questions and stupid questions demand answers, and the man power to have people answer those. The man power to answer questions demands more money spent for nothing.

Imagine that Google informed you that they are planning to implement a filter, which will exclude all sites with 18+ from the search! Worded this way, Google might simply imply that all sites containing nude pictures will be filtered, but any promotional gambling banner states 18+ as well, so people might start to speculate anyone with banners will be excluded as well.

Panic raises out of nothing, questions are asked, different answers fly around based on speculations. When the update hits and you see the actual results you understand its true meaning. So why make their life harder by giving webmasters things to talk and speculate ?

Bottom line is Google is striving for perfection when it comes to quality! As long as you follow the path of quality, in every single way (quality, design, links, ads) any and every update should only push you further UP! Those trying to trick the system or already fooling it are the ones that have to worry. As universal said, Google doesn't owe you a thing. They never said wrap your business around us, it's us that decided to wrap our business around them, so we play by their rules.

In fact Google updates the site rankings lively... And i also do not think that there is an obligation for Google to announce the updates. Have you ever known the update dats and times of Yahoo, Ask, Bing or else ? Think iver it...

Usually information on google update can be found on many forums. Approximate date of updating is available. So these updates are not so sudden.

Another good place to go is the google webmaster forum. There is another fourm i believe is called webmaster world which is pretty current. You can also subscribe to Matt Cutts Youtube Channel and check out his latest videos.
