Default How to redirect requests for rooturl.com/ to rooturl.com/somethingelse

I'm playing with my old site design. Before the makeover into a new design (see below), any request for the root URL went to the extension "/index.htm" - which is where the homepage is. Specifically, a request for...

    http://www.hundredpercentgambling.com

...which is blank, went straight to...

    http://www.hundredpercentgambling.com/index.htm

...which is not. As things stand, a request for the former doesn't redirect. How can I make a click on the former immediately redirect to the latter?

(Just FYI: the current site design is here - http://www.hundredpercentgambling.com/welcome.php?pid=home. As I said, I'm playing around with the old design.)

OK, I worked it out for myself.

Not the perfect fix, but it'll do for now.
