Class 1 Casino has been down for over a week

This is totally unacceptable!! Myself and Play Casino noticed no movement in our stats since 11 October 2011 so we both sent emails to Gaia to ask what the problem was and got no reply - which is totally unlike Gaia as she is normally very responsive.
Play Casino then emailed support who advised the casino has been down for over a week due to techinical issues and they have no idea when it will be back up.

What the hell is going on Class 1? Why have you not had the decency to notify us or at least put a notice on your website?

We are currently wasting our traffic.

We apologize for the inconvenience and invite you to contact our support team for additional information.

They apparently did not send out notifications about this and I would be surprised if they come back online. This is quite unusual.

Seems their website is quite the mess as well. Cant get to an English version through the original links. I however removed them when they had the big banner up a few weeks ago as I did not appreciate their marketing to my competition from their front page.

I never felt good about them when i saw the way they posted a while back about an something. Then the issue with putting the affiliate banner up. Yeah that was crazy... It would appear they are not doing so well. Sorry to hear Top Boss.

I must admit that the first I heard about the affiliate banner was when I came here to make my original post.
That would not have gone down well with me either and just makes me more nervous.

Until now I have always seen Class 1 Casino as one of my trusted programs and have spoken very highly of them..... perhaps I am just too naive!!

Nevertheless they have got until Monday, from my side ( in view of the Jewish holiday ) and if I hear nothing satisfactory then they are coming down...and they are splashed all over our sites, so it is going to hurt, but so be it.

The site's been down for me as well. What's going on Class 1??!

Perhaps I made a mistake when storing class 1's data i'm not sure. In my records, i had the site written as class1affiliates(.)com but now when i go to Class 1 Casino and click on Affiliate Program, it brings me to class1affs(.)com. The horror part is that when i tried logging in, I COULDN'T. Instead, it brought be to a page to ask me to sign up. WTF???!!!!

I was curious furious when they had that banner up. But then they removed it. So i thought i'd give them the benefit of the doubt.

But what's happening right now is totally undeniably unacceptable. No emails nada. Ridiculous! They could send me an email about some stupid chuck norris joke contest but have no courtesy whatsoever to inform of this whatever change they're doing.

I totally agree with you Zoorana and I am furious about this whole situation.
If they could at least let us know what is going on - whether it be good or bad...more than likely bad - but at least we will know where we stand.

Nick and Gaia are online on skype/msn most days. Since this issue, both are conveniently offline.
I was promised a reply by the affiliate department today. Still nothing

New players are still able to register according to our stats but are unable to make deposits (new and existing)

No casino can be down for a week. I don't think any owner or shareholder will allow such lengthy downtime and neither would Playtech take so long to do the necessary...

The same thing happened to me too. Wonder what's going on with Class1Casino?!

Well started to remove class1 casino banners from my sites.

Well today I have started removing Class 1 Casino off my home pages and on Monday will remove them off all the other pages and replacing them with Omni Casino who have brilliant service, pay on time, have been going for years, offer Rand currency and I am pretty sure won't pull the dirty on us!!

GPWA should act by giving this silver sponsor an ultimatum, not only collect the monies.

GPWA have the contacts otherwise why list the program ?!

One should ask themselves what is the point posting here if nothing happens anyway.
