Everest dead? November Stats resetet to 0!?!

Our November stats are at the moment resetet to 0, not a penny or a cent are there.
Is this the end? and why are everest still "Platinum Sponsor"? Wood Sponsor would be better at the aktually situation..so many open threads and no answers since weeks...

Check your stats again. Mine are back but just a little inconvenient that the amount of earning have been reduced to a half from the last check out, incredible.

Yep, that for sure but, note..i said that on 01 DEC my earnings was X and now after the "BLANK STATS MEMORIAL DAY", my earnings are X/2 .

You know, this is very sad, i'm affiliated for more than 12 years now.. It's very very sad. Would like to hear a voice from Everest, but i don't have any hope on it.

To clarify on the referral statistics, I see multiple people reporting that the data was temporarily not displaying but is displaying again. My impression from this thread is that the stats were temporarily down and then came back up. However, I did not see an update from the original poster. ITP, if you're still not seeing stats displayed, can you let us know?

There are two affiliate programs here that are run in extremely different manners, Everest Affiliates and BeAffiliates. The old program, Everest Affiliates, does continue to promote the casino brands. Their hands are tied around some issues because some of what is being brought up about Everest is actually problems with BeAffiliates. As far as I have been able to tell by reading the posted concerns, Everest themselves have tried to be attentive and responsive to the parts of the issue that they are in control over, and have tried to push BeAffiliates to become more reputable.

The evaluation of adherence to the code of conduct needs to be applied to each specific affiliate program. When looking at the Everest Affiliates program specifically - the one that is responsible for the casino brand, the discussion records here do seem to show that their staff are attentive to concerns being raised and are fighting on behalf of affiliates. Based on looking at the affiliate program that is responsible for the casino brands specifically, they do seem to adhere to the code.

It is a different story when looking at the BeAffiliates program. There are serious responsiveness problems and migration questions. With the open issues, we would not consider accepting BeAffiliates on board as a sponsor.

Almost totally agree, but Everest is responsible of the migration and the migration is going just CHAOTIC.

Would like to discuss this further but first would like to hear voice from BA telling us webmasters when they will pay us this restless earnings that vary from day to day with blank days in the middle.

I'm for more than ten years on the industry working as AM and WM and i declare myself unable , watching the panel, to determine when the earnings are paid.

Other question: get we automaticly paid or must i generate an invoice? Because its not possible for me to generate an invoice...

Don't waste energy:

- I a have generated invoice 2 times and twice have dissapeared and now it's imposible too to generate any.

- The payment history have showed up 3 times (with different amounts, hohoho) a payment buy nothing received.

- The payment history now it's blank.

- My earning have been reducted to a half after the first BLANK DAY.

- The earnings report it's also blank now.

- I have ask here and by email but no answer from no one.



Maybe the manager team appeared hear days ago could answer all this mess, but i think he won't.

One of the main problems i see is - is the lack of interest in affiliate needs. If I was a program I would have a dedicated person that would be here to answer everything at all times and put affiliate needs first. This is the problem - affiliates are treated like immigrants.

i read some pokerstrategy threads about everest...they work same with theyre customers as with us, no support, no help, bad infos and so on, i think everest will be dead in the end 2013....

taking siestas maybe! who knows.. i have learned more recently to stop caring - I have been a faithful Everest supporter for a long time and this is just another example that you cannot trust anyone in this industry and I mean no one! No program is honest. Of course some are worse then others.

The deal is trying to find the least dishonest one. I certainly am shying away from any program that uses Income Access that is for sure..

i work with Everest also for over 12 years now, and i do not blame the old Everest team.
Point is...Everest was incorporated in/ bought by Betclic.
Now Betclic decided to change the pokerplatform to IPoker (maybe a good plan, maybe not), and now they want to manage EverestPoker themselves (instead of being run by the "old" Everest crew...)
I think this new Betclic crew has no clue of how to run a pokerroom, how pokerbonuses work, which costs to deduct and how to, etc.
e.g. the stats seem to be build for a betting-site...
also, i am sure they calculate the rev.share in a very very strange way (apart from a lower rev,share %).... 1/10th of my normal income....

and indeed, they did not assign new affiliate managers yet....

Just a question, when you say "ticket system" you mean a really ticket system? where?

I really do not think Beaffiliates is concerned for affiliates. It looks very clear from an affiliate perspective.. Try contacting Income Access see if they can help you.. LOL i doubt it though.
