spinspartners.com - anyone working with them?

They're obviously an offshoot of Go Wild (same usernames) and I have no complaints as such, but I have payment queries, So far, I've been receiving responses but the dates are confusing. Anyone here working with them or receiving payments from them? Have you tried/used their new 'banking' system? Mine still shows zero but 'on hold' payments going back four months. Hit the threshold in Nov/Dec I think.

Anyway, who's working with them? Perhaps you know more than I do

Bumping this because I'm not getting the quickest replies from Spinspartners, and it feels I'm having to do too much nudging here. Been dealing with Charlize and let her know my payments appear to be months behind.

Well, the program spotted this thread and asked me to update it, although my view of its handling is just 'okay' and this could've/should've been sorted some time ago.

Received an e-mail, the 'tone' is something uneasy: "Back in November our Finance Department attempted to do the payment, however it failed and got back to us and the earnings got on hold since then. Nonetheless, from now on, you are in charge of updating the payment details and requesting the withdrawal. As soon as we will close the month you will receive an email that your balance is populated and you will be able to request the withdrawal."

Perhaps I'm being overly sensitive, but it kinda sounds like the emphasis for resolving the failed payment (that I wasn't advised about) is on my shoulders. I'm happy to deal with anything, if I know about it

Anyway, they asked me to update so I have. Bottom line, payment should've been in my hands months ago so they should really be paying me TODAY, no matter what it takes - not telling me to wait another month. If I was the affiliate manager of someone where a payment failed, I wouldn't leave my desk until I'd got him/her paid.

But at least apparently I will be paid 'in due course'.

Same thread title - has anyone actually been paid recently? My funds were 'paid' into the banking system, I processed a cashout near the beginning of the month and now it shows as 'cancelled' (not by me). So I'm still waiting for this... from maybe four/five months ago?

btw, noone at spinspartners has been in touch with me - which you'd expect if there's a payment problem. Something is seriously wrong with this process.

eta: it looks like my payment was cancelled about one day after I processed it

Well, I woke up to find this has been paid. It took approx five months and a hundred chase-ups (slight exaggeration) but it was finally settled. It should've been done far more professionally but I'm pleased it's resolved.

I almost don't want to earn more here, though, y'know - to go through this process again?

eta: spinspartners isn't impressed with this thread (hi, guys - you appear to be following this one closely). I won't add more at this stage, suffice to say they're not great at taking responsibility for when things go wrong. I won't go into more detail unless I'm provoked, but fingers at the ready.
