My account is activated and i can log-in normally, i start promoting and everything is fine.

I just dont see in my dashboard the payment page so i can choose how i want to be payed ( i would prefer Neteller )

I dont know if anyone else has experienced the problem regarding payment page but as i know every affiliate program has a page where you can choose your payment method.

You might want to remove the image of Starburst slots on your homepage then (in the mobile casino section - on the screen of the phone). That is a Net Entertainment slots game and I'm pretty sure Net Entertainment wouldn't be happy to see you using the image.

Although 45% is nice, there is no doubt, can you tell me something about (actual) customer / player feedback? Are there / have there been any problems (yet)? And, how have they been dealt with? I really doubt that your developer got that "stock" image from a source that was authorised to use it. Why would a company like Net Entertainment allow their brands to be placed in stock catalogues to be used to advertise on sites that are not using their brand? It would make no sense. You're actively working with their competition!

Over and above that, Starburst has been one of their most successful games. By placing that image on your site you're giving the impression that you offer at least Starburst and more likely a selection of Net Entertainment games. It's at a minimum misleading to players.

Bottom line, I just don't think it speaks well for your brand that even when this is highlighted to you, you don't see the problem. Likewise no attitude intended, but it doesn't inspire confidence.

I'm not really sure why you think that would put this to bed? That site clearly does not have permission to be selling Net Entertainment graphics. If you've bought it from there you've been sold stolen goods. Looking through their catalogue, I don't see the image you're using. Admittedly I haven't checked them all, but page after page has one thing in common - they don't display any branding of any type. In other words the images that they're selling are copyrighted only to the site and are assumably their creative work. The image you have used clearly shows another companies branding and as such isn't their work and isn't their's to sell.

And none of the above changes the basic issue - you're advertising products that you don't provide. Why wouldn't you just use the graphics from the games you do provide that you are licensed to use? What part of that isn't common sense?

To make you aware I did contact Net Entertainment who thanked me for bring this to their attention and informed me that they will be taking 'appropriate action'. Whether they actually care enough about your transgression to do something about it, I don't know, but this attitude of 'it doesn't matter' certainly doesn't make me feel like you're a quality outfit in it for the long haul. Rather than investing time finding out which stock site sold you the image illegally, it seems likely you could have invested the same time and simply have had the image replaced.
