Royal Partners has been forced to temporarily suspend the acceptance and processing of affiliate traffic.
If you continue sending traffic at this time, we cannot guarantee that it will be included in future payouts. Please stop all campaigns immediately.

Regarding payouts: we are currently carrying out traffic reconciliation. Once this process is complete, we will proceed with the relevant payouts. Our goal is to settle all financial matters and fulfil our obligations to every partner.

I reached them via the Telegram support bot that they mentioned in their LinkedIn profile.
Support replied that they are accepting traffic again and I asked to assign a new affiliate manager for me as the previous affiliate manager said she left Royal Partners.
Hope I will get assigned to a new affiliate manager soon and I already started sending controlled traffic to their brands.
