Income Access - Payment History Report problem

Anyone noticed there is a problem with the 'Payment History Report' in Income Access. I am seeing the problem across all brands that use Income Access software, it isn't working properly and showing payment history correctly. I left it for a bit to see if it resolved but I've noticed this for the last week or so.

Yea, I'm showing there is a problem with the report for all brands using IA software when looking at a timeframe spanning longer than 1 month at a time - and even when just looking at 1 month, the report is soiled.

Didn't know that. I'm not seeing it anyway though, including brands where I normally can.

It was down then worked like it should for about a day, then it broke again. So maybe they tried to fix it?

Payment reports seem to be working today across the board (which is good considering Coral and Gala are due to pay today). However, the player stats seem to be "disconnected" this month for Gala's reports.

Correction - upon further digging -

Gala and Coral - payment reports displaying properly (Gala not displaying player data in the "player report" reports)

United commissions - cannot access payment reports (removed from reports menu)

bgo, market ace, affiliatehub --- payment history report is soiled and will only show the total if searching for multiple payment periods. The report will show individual months. However, ir only shows in the totals, not in the report field.

1) Gala Player Report:

We are looking into this right now, I will provide you with an updates in this thread when they are made available.


2) United Commission Payment History Report:

This item would be best discussed with United Commissions. I know that they generate commissions payments in a different way from the rest of the brands we work with. United Commissions would be better able to go through their processes and it's relation to the Payment History Report.


3) BGO / Market Ace / AffiliateHub

I just want to make sure we are on the same page and that we are able to recreate what you are seeing. Would you be able to please send me a screenshot of what you are seeing to corey[@]incomeaccess[.]com.

Please feel free to blur out / obscure the totals. We do not need to see the totals amounts themselves we only need to make sure we can recreate the above.

I will feed back in this thread.

If I run a payment history report from January to August 2015 for example, it totals all of those months up instead of breaking down commissions by month first.

Found that records/page defaults to 0. Change that to like 10 or something, then the results are shown.

That is the only fix IA has to do, so the records/page does not default to 0.

That's why I like working with screen shots. Easy to see exactly whats going on, it also eliminates back and forth by making sure we're on the same page.

Which system did you pull this from? We just checked AffiliateHub and BGO, the reports there are displaying as intended. Give me a quick shout and I'll look into this.

If your still seeing this I would suggest clearing your cache and cookies then logging in again.

Just FYI, I also can't generate payment invoices (for VAT records) for Sky. Comes up with an error:

Generate Payment Invoices


Select an outstanding payment period, enter your Own Purchase order/reference Numbers if required and submit to generate an invoice for that period.
