Betfred ( betfredaffiliates.com / activewin.co.uk) payment issue, RESOLVED

Hello everyone,

I do not want to post it, but I have to. Betfred (casino, sport, poker, games, etc.) seems to be very good operator, but not for affiliate partners. For the latest 2-3 months I had to fight for my commission, i.e. send them loads of email reminders to finally got a very overdue payment. This month is the same issue, so far no response received.

An excerpt from Betfred affiliate T&C (as referred to in the agreement):

"How and when do I get paid?

Payments will be processed around the 10th working day of every month which means that you should receive your funds before the 20th providing you reach the minimum payment threshold for your selected payment method. The minimum payment for Moneybookers, Neteller and credits to a Betfred player account is set at 50USD. For UK and International Bank Transfer the minimum payment is set at 150USD""


Beware my friends, there are a lot of much better affiliates who take cares about their partners.

their team are bang on for me, they pay a little later in the month than most but that aint a problem. One of my favourite partners

There is most certainly a misunderstanding here, as Betfred / ActiveWins pay all affiliates who are due a payment every month, and in the event where there is a missed payment due to an administrative error, they work quickly to get the issue resolved and the payment at latest is issued the next month with the next round of affiliate payments.

Please PM me or email me (louis at incomeaccess dot com) with the details of your outstanding payment and I'm certain we can get the issue resolved.

I think a number of people here would agree with me, rest assured Louis WILL help you get to the bottom of payment issues.

I wish I did a little better with Bet Fred, but I have never once had a problem getting paid. I do recall a delay one time, but I got a hold of Louis and he had an answer for me within a few days.

Received my Totesport payment from active wins yesterday, so based on the past couple of months I'm guessing that Betfred will not be too far behind...

Might be worth letting people know about the error as well mate for transparency

Got a call from Aff Manager that some slot stats were miscalculated and my earnings are considerably lower than I expected, which would explain the delay. I believe this happened before with them a while back.

I think u will find that if you stop moaning and groaning and bleating on about how bad betfred are on any forum that you can find, you will be able to resolve any outstanding issues you have with them. I have found that they are 1 of the most accommodating sites out there, and any underlying issues you may have can easily be resolved. BETFRED#1. ALL THE WAY!
