Betting Cashback services

I'm not sure whether you have heard of the site xxgamblingdeals.com, but you have now! This site offers rebates to people who sign up to Casino, Bingo and sportsbooks through them. From looking at the commission (rake back) structure, it looks like they are simply sharing the revenue with the customer!

Is this really acceptable to gaming companies? Won't this form of discounting take away future business from other affiliates, or is it a good idea and fair game. The list of what's offered (rebate) is here xxgamblingdeals.com/casino-cashback/

I realize that these people have little traffic, and they seem to be in India --- just wondering what your thoughts are? Afterall, it just doesn't sit right!!

The problem with these kinds of deals are it is basically incentivised traffic.

Most affiliate programs have terms in place that restrict or exclude this kind of traffic.

They do not always use that term against affiliates, but if it is there they have the right to use the term against an affiliate at any time.

Personally I would rather see all programs just refuse this kind of traffic, and if they want to offer a cashback kind of bonus system internally, that allows them to have more control over it, reduces fraud, and keeps affiliates on a more level playing field.

My thoughts exactly, but if you look at that list of gaming operators it's quite extensive. I noticed some of them were CPA with €75 going to the customer. Obviously it depends on the deal, but such an offer is tempting bad practice!

I doubt the companies know, and the testimonials look fake. Nice looking site though.

This is one of the MANY problems that can exist with CPA programs.

Often a cpa is paid with minimum deposits,which allows for fraud such as "I'll pay you $75 to join and make a $50 deposit at xxx" and then the affiliate earns $100, $150, $200 or more.... I have seen offers of "I'll pay you $100 to join and make a $100 deposit at xxx and if you win you keep the money and if not you did not lose out" and then the affiliate earns the cpa.

In my opinion the only fair and smart way any group should allow cashback deals is when they handle it in house.

If it becomes less profitable they can immediately adjust it in house.
